A Hockey Table for kids
November 3, 2008Choosing out of Pool Tables.
November 3, 2008
How do you pick the right one out of a bunch of Pool Tables? When you’re looking at Pool Tables the most important thing you want is a solid wood frame and a slate playing surface. Some Pool Tables will be 8′ long and some will be 7′ long or even shorter. Of all the Pool Tables, I recommend the 8′ long table. It gives you the pro feel and plenty of room to work your magic. The next thing you want to notice on Pool Tables are the pockets. You really tell the quality of the table by the pockets. You want think leather pockets which makes the Pool Tables more elegant and attractive.

Got Foosball?
November 3, 2008
If you’re looking for something that is intense and fast moving then you haven’t played Foosball! If you can imagine soccer players stuck on a horizontal pole over a field in which they can’t run but can only move side to side and head over end as if they were doing back flips, then you’ve just pictured Foosball. The best part about Foosball is you get to control the little soccer men. You can hit the ball as hard or as soft as you want. I don’t know if anyone could withstand my fastball. If you like soccer, chances are you are going to love Foosball.

It also serves as chess, checkers, and backgammon board as well. When you’re done playing those games just flip it over onto any flat surface and you have a Ping Pong Table.
Then when you are all finished just fold it up and put it in it’s very own traveling case. This Ping Pong Table is great for family vacations and reunions. You can take it anywhere with you. What Ping Pong Table have you seen do this?

Slate makes for the best Billiards!
November 3, 2008When it comes right down to Billiards, there is no better surface to play on then slate. With slat
e, you get a nice even roll with your ball and if the table is leveled properly, you get a straight ball which helps with those difficult shots. That right there will make a huge difference as you play Billiards. So if the table you play on doesn’t have slate, then ditch it. Billiards isn’t the same without that slate surface. With other surfaces you get warping, dips, and sagging. Who needs that? Billiards and slate = clear the table!

The “Cyclone” – The Next Generation Foosball Table!
November 3, 2008There’s nothing like the sound of grown men pounding on the steel rods of a Foosball Table , while they spin them a 100 miles an hour yelling at a plastic soccer ball.
You got to love it! When it comes to a Foosball Table, you want one that can take a beating so the men can keep on playing. One of the most annoying things that can happen on a Foosball Table, is when the ball stops. Who wants that?
That’s why I recommend the FatCat “Cyclone” Foosball Table. It has a traditional block style furniture design, convenient side ball returns, metal professional soccer style goals, and a tough laminate playing field with logos. But, my favorite feature on this Foosball Table is the inner-curved ends which will keep the ball in continuous play! Can you handle this Foosball Table?
How fast is your Air Hockey Table?
November 3, 2008Ice Hockey- the cold, the ice, a puck, me, and did I mention all of that on skates? Yeah, I’ll pass! All of those elements and I just don’t mix. That’s why I resort to my good old Air Hockey Table! It’s the same t
hing, minus the hitting, the falls, and the pucks to the face. OK, so I don’t play Ice hockey because I’m just plain not any good at it. I will tell you this though, I can hold my own on the smooth, white playing surface of an Air Hockey Table blowing 80 cubic feet of air in your face per minute! Ar, ar, ar!!
If you want some real competition, get an Air Hockey Table with deep inner rails that have built-in blue rubber bumpers to keep the puck in motion. Or maybe it’s an Air Hockey Table with overhead electric scorer that will sooth your fancy? The question is, can you handle this Air Hockey Table?

Does your Ping Pong Table do it all?
November 3, 2008
One of the funnest and most competitive table sports is Ping Pong. In order to be good though, you need the right Ping Pong Table. A Ping Pong Table will either make or break you. The last thing you want is having your ball not bouncing properly or having it curve to the right or to the left, do to a warped Ping Pong Table. So having a good quality Ping Pong Table makes the world of difference.
A Ping
Pong Table that I highly recommend is one that serves multiple functions. What I mean is, one where you can turn it over to play chess, checkers, or backgammon on the other side of it. Then you turn it back over and place it on any flat surface and you have a Ping Pong Table again. The great thing about it too is it only takes seconds to switch it from one to the other. It includes the net, paddles, balls, checkers, chess pieces, and backgammon pieces. Don’t take my work for it though, try it out yourself. This is the Ping Pong Table of all Ping Pong Tables.
A Properly Cared For Cue = Hitting the Billiard right!
November 3, 2008
I’m a Billiard man, and what i mean by that is, it’s one of my favorite things to do in my spare time. It can be so relaxing but yet challenging at the same time. To spice things up, I even hold a friendly Billiard tournament with all of my friends every so often. There is always some good competition and yes, even some heavy scuffling but generally things go smooth.
One of the biggest mistakes that Billiard players make is the improper storage of their Cues. They don’t realize that their cue can infact warp over time if it’s not properly stored right making it hard to hit the Billiard straight. So to keep that from happening you Billiard freaks, keep your cue in a protective case. Propping your cue up against the wall or counter may lead to warping, scratches, dents, or breakage.
Now how do you fix those scratches and dents? Well, for minor nicks and scratches, try polishing the shaft with ultra fine 000 steel wool. Finish polishing by using brown paper or a dollar bill. Rub hard and rapidly until the shaft is smooth. You’ll have the finest looking Cue at your local Billiards hall.
